MAP SENSOR VACUUM LINE

MAP SENSOR VACUUM LINE
I have a stock 1986 Mustang GT and I have enclosed a picture
of the problem. I have a vacuum hose off a tee off the MAP SENSOR and I don’t know where it should be connected. I parked it for the last five years and just install a clutch, tune up and decided to clean the motor, I started it and it has a misfire, runs real lean and smokes like hell and you can hear the vacuum. If I block it, it runs smooth and then stalls, can someone help me out.
