I would like to know where the blower motor resistor and relay is located

The resistor is under/behind the glovebox, right next to the blower motor. What relay are you looking for?

(and did you say '97 5.0...?)

The 94-98 diagram does not show a relay for the blower motor.

The diagram, I updated my previous post, does not show a relay, just a fuse.
