Default Hissing/ Frequency sound from engine bay. Vacuum leak?

About a week ago i discovered this noise coming from the engine bay. It can be heard even inside the cabin while driving. Car has still been running fine and no codes however i am trying to get to the bottom of what is causing the noise. Could it possibly be a vacuum leak? If anyone has any suggestions or solutions it would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Sounds like it may be a vacuum leak but why don't you try removing the serpentine belt first for a short time to eliminate the accessories.
