Default 2014 Ford mustang gt 5.0

Hello I was wondering if anyone was having this problem with their stang. I have a boss 302 intake with 90mm throttle body on it with LTH xpipe and catback exhaust. My car has 29k mile on it. My car has no rear sway bar or end links. When I drive my car is very jumpy like I had an old tune on it from the other owner before and had to retune it from bama and it's still jumpy. Plus when I drive I can feel my car move forward and back with out me moving my foot from the throttle keeping at whatever rpm. I dont know if this is caused by my throttle body or something else but it gets annoying lol would anyone know how to fix this.
