Default Torque Specific Mods?

This is a pretty simple question.

Other than gears, that take advantage of torque via torque multiplication, are there any modifications that are torque specific?

Or that even increase it more so than horsepower?

Default RE: Torque Specific Mods?

Generally when you do a mod that increases HP it will also increase TQ, but it may move the torque peak up higher into the rpm range.
