Default Is this a good deal for a 97 cobra?

Well a local dealer has in a 97 Cobra convert. Its red with tan leather, lowered two inches, chrome cobra r's, billet grill, roll bar, flowmasters, and a twin scoop ram air hood on it. It has 57k on it, and the car is in perfect shape. He said i could have it for $9k. What do you all think? Good deal or bad? Carfax came back clean on it.

I think its a pretty good deal. I would save an extra $3000 and buy a 99' Cobra though. Just like the looks of it better. And I would get a coupe, not a convert. But thats just my opinion.

Yeah, that sounds like a very good deal. In the area that I live in, that car would list for $13,000. Dont forget to try to get the price down a little more though. All dealears will negotiate...

Well i drove it yesterday, drove perfect. It also has subframe connectors, and roll bar. I dont know what kind of shifter it has, but it was a really short throw, shorter than the hurst i had in my gt. I've got him talked down to $8450 out the door. So im picking it up monday. Thanks
