Hey all,

Just got a new motor put in my car about a month or two ago... and now, for some reason, my car smells like manure! Like literally, it smells like a farm. I live in the suburbs, and I dont cart around compost... anyone have ANY idea just wtf might be going on here?

could be a sensor not reading right and causing a bad mix? you don't have any check engine lights or anything?

Nope, no lights on... what sort of mix might create this smell?

I know this sounds wierd... trust me, it FEELS wierd too!

check in and around ur car man.. maybe some rotten food or something.. because i have never smeeled a smell like that come from an engine.

maybe someone dosent like you and put **** up in your exhaust pipe, and now when it gets hot it stinks real bad?!?! or in the engine compartment somwere doing the same thing. Or even more crazy you ran over a dead animal, and now its stuck in your chassi somewere

I'll give it a look... that was the only thing I could think of, that there was something nasty someplace in the car, but I havent found anything... I guess it could be up in the exhaust someplace... I'll give it a sniff, see if it is the exhaust... ****ing wierd, right? The car has only been parked at the mechanic and in my garage for the last 6 or 7 months, so... I dunno, wierd.
