I have a 2002 and my car did that but i fixed it by taking off the door pannel and tightning down the screw holding the support bracket for the inside of the door. Its worth a try

that has me somewhat stumped. I took my door panel off to try to do something of that sort and I found no screws, no idea how the speaker grill is loose or how its being held on.
