<FONT face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" color=black size=3>I have a 1998 gt I had new rear pads installed when I step on the brake before a turn and let off I get a rubbing sound from the rear. in to the turnIf I say on the brakes into the turn no noise Any ideas</FONT>

yeah did you put any lube on the back of the pads..it's blue come in a tiny pack for like a buck

and you don't have a tire rubbing?..I would pull the wheel and take a look make sure everything is tight...try rotating the wheel while jacked up

No tire rubbing at all. wheel spin freely. I will pull wheels and check as soon as the snow melts down. I thing the caliper pins might be binding</P>

you might have to hammer the end of the metal on the brakes to tighten it up a lil..what kind of brakes did you put on the car
