Default Alignent shop north of ATL (kennesaw/acworth)

Hi, I'm looking for an alignment shop near my area which is Cartersville/Kennesaw. My fear is local shops will charge me an unnecessary premium due to my lowered Stang or have issues. I may just be paranoid, i know.

Thanks for your help.

Any shop can have issues if they don't have the right equipment (recommended or not).

My biggest problem with ANY shop is since my rims do not have an outer lip and the tires have shoulder guards on them to protect the rims, most of the standard alignment tool arms can't get placed onto my wheels without destroying the edges of my rims.

I've found (in my area anyway) that only the mom-and-pop places in questionable areas seem to have the proper arms for fitting onto my wheels without damaging them. Must be all of the low riders they do (and yes, I have seen low riders parked out in front of these places...)

I have OEM rims and OEM tires (Pirelli PZero Nero) and Ford can't align them without fuggin up the rims. Been there, done that.

so if i understand what you're saying.. i just need to find a place with tuners/low riders out front? hahaha

Ill have the stocker v6 wheels with the fat lip on them till late in december/early january so hopefully they wont have any problems with that, but thank you for bringing up that point about aftermarket wheels, i did not think about that.

I'd go to Ford but I don't support our local ford due to them having their monkeys in my car for less than 5 minutes and yet they break things and have the nerve to ask me to pay for their mistakes. I almost laughed right in the *******'s face when he told me that the a-pillar moulding he broke off (only one clip was not broken if i remember right) was totally fine whenever he got in/out of the car. it was hanging directly in the way of the driver getting in when he returned the car, how can't you notice?! amongst other issues.

A few friends have taken their car over to the Kauffman Tires off of Wade Green Rd. They have a very nice in ground lift that's extremely friendly to lowered vehicles.

Good luck!

Let us know how it goes. Think I tossed a weight on one of my rear tires and that's a quick lunchbreak stop for me.

yesh, on the low riders/tuners outside, at least that was the case for me

There is a dealer here in Phoenix that is like that, crap service and expects you to pay for their mistakes/issues. I use a newer one that opened up a few years ago and I bought my car from. Zero issues other than the alignment thing. they at least informed me and showed me what they were talking about so I could decide if I wanted to let them attempt to align it.

Not sure if this is too late or not, however the Kaufmann tire I went to is located off of Bells Rerry road, not too far from hwy. 575 ramp. I had Eibach pro-kit lowering springs installed, thanks to Cameron and few other club members.=-) Kauffmann charged me $100 or so for an alignment.
