I'm not sure about the pipes routed under the axle. Otherwise it is nearly identical to a kit I saw several years back for a camaro.

with all that piping it's got to weigh a ton. it had to them a lot longer to engineer that system and get the turbo oiling issues solved than if they just fabbed up some tubular headers and a y-pipe and mounted them in a conventional location. i've read some dyno tests on sts truck systems and they seem to work fine on them but i dunno about for a mustang. just more stuff for me to scrap on speed bumps it is an interesting concept though. imagine if you were to use there design turbo impellers on a conventional setup! talk about low end power

I've been talking to a guy at the shop I go to who has built a few of these kits for other muscle cars. He would like to build a similar kit for the 3valve and wants to use my car as a giunea pig. He's got two cars right now that are running these kits(camaro/firebird) and there just nuts. The kit for the mustang would consist of a single t67 turbo running a 7psi. He said he could do it in about two weeks. I just dont know if I want to hand over my baby, I only have 7k miles. But it sure would be nice to be the first.

Both air filters right behind the rear tires = better not drive in the rain. Pricing starts at $7595 so kind of expensive too.

I don't think much of that setup. There is another twin underhood setup under developement, but can't find the site. It is much cleaner.

One thing that bothers me about those kits is it seems like the air has to travel too far to get to the engine. With all that travel time I would imagine your going to lose some boost pressure. Aside from that if you watch the videos they have on their site of the Corvette with their kit on it, those kits definitely make some serious power: Click Here
