because it's vinyl. Nothin against em, but you can spot em from a mile away.

My opinion, stripe it, but I would go with a white, or silver, maybe a pewter. I did mine and do not regret it in the least.

They were putting stripes on mustangs long before "fast and furious". I think mine look awesome, I guess I could be biased though.
Yea, Shelby was puttin stripes on mustangs in the 60's. Fast & The Furious?........[:'(] Stripe it dude, you WILL get lots of headturning.

Yes they're vinyl, but that's not the reason for the front, in Va we have to have a front plate and it looked stupid with the stripe going down behind it. The rear isn't finished, I had probs getting around the GT emblem. When the weather warms up a little here I plan on fixing that.Yes paint IS better but not a $1000+ better, my pockets arent that deep and vinyl looks JUST as good! $35 from ebay and I'm doing it myself. I get a compliment about my Stangs looks EVERY time I take it out!

Iwas thinking silver or white and decided on the white it just pops and I get LOTS of compliments!

Just curious why you didn't get the back portion of the decklid and lower portion of the front bumper done?

I should have mine back from the paint shop in a couple days, so I'll post pics when I get it. I did pearl white stripes that have a "frosted blue pearl" in it. From an angle you can see the blue hue to it.
