SLP loudmouths vs SLP Power flow vs Borla
Hi guys,
Wanted some feedback about the SLP loudmouths.
Was thinking about which exhaust system to go with when I get the car.
I have been on the SLP website and been listening to the sound clips for both axel backs
Also listened to a new 06 GT with a borla exhaust
My plan so far is to get the loudmouths and SLP's o/r X-pipe
what do you guys think? too loud
I have seen that a lot of you guys have the loudmouths on your GT, just wanted some feedback
if anyone has any sound clips of their set up I would like to hear them!

Personally, the LM's are the best axle-back exhaust system for the new GT.
With that said, I wouldn't mind them being A LITTLE louder (I'm a youngn' so I can handle it) but unless you're trying to set off car alarms from miles away I think the LMs + o/r X Pipe will be WAY too loud, and would recommend going with a tamer, more subdued muffler.

I just had the borla cat-back installed on my '06 gt. It sounds great. Go with the cat-back system. Even though the stock system is mandrel bent, THERE IS A CRIMP shortly before the muffler on the stock pipes. This reduces horse power. The Borla system is more streamline with NO CRIMPS.
