anyone have any experiance with this situation, I have an 06 GT with intake, tune, pullys, pro 5.0, and exhaust. just wondering how it'd measure up to a 06 Lexus IS 350? theres a guy I see all the time looks cocky as all hell and as long as you think I could whoop him, i need to give him a lesson.

If all he did was throw a nice exhaust on it, you will win. Most of the IS 350s around here, they just throw a nice exhaust on it and think they are cool ****.

The IS350 runs 0-60 in 6.1 seconds (reportedly can do 5.6 seconds).
Weighs in at 3,500 lbs.
Runs the quarter in 14.2 seconds...

Of course, if it's just his cockyness that gets to you, call him on it and offer to race for pinks. You'll find out real fast if he's all **** and no *****. Then you can beat the snot out of him anyway when he sheepishly says he'll race "for fun."

Actually the 2006 Is 350 is about even with us, 0-60 in real close to 5 sec. Plus they do NOT come with sticks as of yet, so you will have him off the line if you can drive. Other than that drivers race.

yeah but with my mods and a good launch 0-60 should be about 4.6 ish, right?!

According to edmunds, they got the is350 down to 13.9@101. If your car is stock its gonna be a hell of a race, since you got mods dont worry about it as long as you dont spin your tires too much or mess up shifting. here is a link. I always found there times to be times real people actually get.

good link, but according to it the GT runs a 5.9 second 0-60 and a 14.4ish 1/4 mile. arent we in the 5.1 0-60 and 13.8-9ish in the 1/4???

not sure where your looking but it says 14.1, regular for the average driver not powershifting, but yeah there 0-60 is way off, plus there only launching at 2500, and dont lower tire pressure or anything
