What hood scoop are you using here and where did you purchase the headlight covers? It looks great!

do both...and nonfunctional LOOKS good...who cares if it doesn't do anything. Functional would be better I'll admit but I prefer nonfunctional to nothing at all. And if ya get the shaker don't plan on a TS SC like the saleen or roush in the future or you're waisting $$$. Not sure if a centrifugal would work with it though??? prolly not

I wanted to buy the Cervini hood till I saw this car http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2006-...QQcmdZViewItem It doesnt really fit the car! And it doesnt look as though it would look good with stripes going straight down the hood due to the hood being wider in the back. but I like the idea of the stripes going through the scoop as was stated earlier. With my first GT, in the pic below, I went with the scoop and stripes.

On my new 06 (Red), I want something different! I put on the xenon window covers and a billit grille. Now I have a Roush spoiler and CDC agressive chin spoiler on the way. Before I cover the car in white stripes(maybe) I thought of adding a different hood and the Cervini side exhaust.

I used the CDC Smooth hood scoop.

GTR Style head light covers: They are easy to put on, I used 3M tape but some are using velcro so they can be taken off if your state requires a headlight aim test. Vantage Sports Cars in Florida is the only one that carriers these. Contact Don at 407-298-5010 or visit their web site at www.vantagesportscars.com and look at some of the Mustangs they either have or have sold.

Go with the stripes if you must do one of the two, non-functional hood scoops look stupid IMO.

If you are normally using your car for everyday driving, what is the purpose of a functional hood scoop? It doesn't really gain you anything until you hit around 95MPH anyway. I can see it if you use to drag race your car and you need that little extra cooling into the engine bay. The non-funtional one are alot cheaper than replacing your whole hood or cutting a big hole in it.
