drag radial help

I was under the impression that there were issues with a 17X10 hitting the mount for the rear swaybar. But that is also taking in to consideration the proper offset to keep the tire under the fender also. I guess if it were a track tire only then the offset wouldn't matter and then yes, it would not be a fitment issue.

Now that you mention it, Hawg, I should have been more specific. Not ALL 17 x 10 will fit our cars. Offset does play a key. But anywhere you buy the rims from, just ask them if they are compatible with the new mustangs. There are a lot of 17x10 rims that fit our cars and even 17x10.5 (but they are expensive). You can go about 1 - 1 1/2 inch over your rim size size with your slicks/radials when buying tires.
