Default UDP's

im sure this is all over the forum but im a totally lazy SOB LOL. what kind of under drive pullies do you guys have on your cars and how do you like them? how easy are they to install? im pretty handy and i think i could do it myself i just want to know if id need a puller or not basicaly. and also, ive heard with some you can use the stock belt and others you gotta get a shorter one. seems to me you would need a shorter one no matter what, am i right? o and 8-10 RWHP gains right?

Steeda pullies. They are a really cool mod. Yeah you can probably do it yourself if your handy and know about the system. It really releases the restriction you have wih the stock. Youll probably see about 5-9 rwhp on the dyno with em. Definitely worth the money. with the pullies and tune, ull see a big difference tomseleanor. good luck.

Brenspeed has them for $209, and free (and fast) UPS shipping.

you will need a puller, it took me an hour to install my Steeda UDP
If you have a Manual put it in gear and a breaker bar and an 18mm socket will remove the bolt
Remove the Fan it makes the job easier, oh and losen the bolts before you remove the belt

I have motoblue UDP's. You do need the puller. Also, they make it so you use your stock belt by making the tensioner pulley bigger. Not a hard job to put them on. Hardest part was keeping the crankshaft from turning while loosening the bolt. If you have a manual it will be no problem.

I've considered the UDPs, also. What type of gains do you see from these besides the added HP?
