It was a warm sunny day so I took the 06 GT out for a cruise. I can't help it. Anytime it's nice out and I've got time I take it for a drive.
My wife thinks I love my car too much lol. And I can't believe all the attention my car gets! People always comment as I drive by. I had people asking me about the exhaust etc at stop lights lol. Young and old. It didn't matter. It makes driving all that much more fun. Do you guys experience the same things when your out in your Stangs?

Yep. It's a great feeling to know others appreciate the look of our cars as much as we do. I bet people with the new GTO's can't say the same thing. All they probably hear are people asking how they like driving a glorified grand am.

My wife used to ask me almost daily if I liked my new car.
Once I answered "you wanna know how much I like it? I like it so much, it feels like I'm cheating on you".

Evertime I go somewhere, people are always yelling at me to do a "burnout" or "spin em' up[&o]".... It gets old.... I thought the point was to make your car hook?

My fiancee is actually jealous of mine (long distance relationship too), she says she liked my 300M better 'cause I didn't go out as much when I had that car!
Now I'm either doing something to my Mustang, getting something installed on it or meeting up with other Mustang owners.
