Default Royal Purple

Does anyone use it? I was thinking of changing all the oils (rearend, trans and the motor oil). I just did'nt know if was better than any of the other synthetics. I have seen the adds and wanted to see if anyone is using it.

My car is only 2 weeks old, but once it hits 3,000 miles we're going to start treating it with the RP. I've heard RP was invented for industrial parts, and several people have told me it's the best and worth the extra money. I'm curious to hear others' experiences--maybe those who've been using it for awhile.

I use Amsoil. I did some research and read some reports by an independent lab that Amsoil outperformed RP and most, if not all, other synthetics. RP, if I remember correctly, has some kind of additive that is not good. The reason(s) I don't remember but if you do a search on "Amsoil vs. Royal Purple" on the web I'm sure you will find the same info. Most comparisons are always "Our product out performs brand X" but when they state who they out perform, name the companies, that means more, at least IMO. I have used Amsoil for over 5 years in numerous cars, trucks and boats and have had no problems and am sold on it.

20". 315 35 on rear and just switched to 255/40 on front. Pics still have the 255/35 but the 40's fill the fenderwell to match the rear, looks more balanced.

I have used RP in my sport bike for years. Have not had any problems. And on the Dyno RP does give you more HP. I have done a dyno with RP and with other Synthetics and have seen the #'s. My bike is a ZRX 1200 with a Muzzy 1224 kit cams and clutch kit, it pushes 160 HP.

I use only Royal Purple and have done so in various cars over the years and have had no problem whatsoever.
