Tail Lights dilemma

Tail Lights dilemma
I recently bought my 06' GT and I really liked how the tail lights look in this Mustang but I don't know if they painted the tail lights or if they are covers or if it is vynil tint. If someone knows where to find similar tail light covers or how to make them look like this, please help me and let me know.
