...know of an outfit that makes a Chrome plenum cover and Chrome [ not "chrome-like"] valve covers for an '05 GT? I Googled but didnt get very far. And if all I can get is "chrome-like", what the hell are those anyway?

I Yahoo'd some polished aluminum valve covers the other day. Don't remember the site, but they were a little on the pricey side. I also saw stainless plenum covers in that same search. I believe the Search criteria was "05 Mustang GT valve covers".

No chrome listings that I could find.

Pretty sure Ford Racing makes chrome valve covers. Not sure about plenum cover, but I would be concerned about putting a metal shield over the intake plenum as it may cause it retain heat. Plastic is probably no problem (which I think most of them are made out of)

Thanks Rench, but I found those yesterday. Its the mystery "chrome like" finish that Im not sure about.
