Default S&B Cold Air Intake

S&B Cold Air Intake Kit 20+HP
Does anyone have one of these? Their dyno info seem pretty good and the price is right.

That is prety nice. S&B makes a very goood Air Filter I do kow that. Wonder why they do not say if it requires a tuner though. All the other intake I have seen seem to require a Tuner. Also not real fond of that Yellow and Blue Logo.

Doesn't look good to me. It seems its going to restrict a lot of incoming air with that enormous heatshield (yes I realize there is an opening). They still make awesome air filters, I think they should just stick with that.

This looks identicle to a Ford Racing CAI that was supposed to be released last January for the '05/'06 GT, which leads me to believe they were going to make it for FRP. There was a part number assigned to it and Sean Hyland Motorsports was advertising it on their website. For some reason, it just disappeared from the lineup and the pictures on SHM's site were removed. It had a Ford Racing logo instead of S&B. Wonder what happened?????

I doubt if it would need a tune. A tune will help, but it looks just like K&N's intake tube.

Maybe it doesn't need a tune because if doesn't make that much of a difference compared to the stock intake.

I saw a dyno sheet on it awhile back, it was showing 20+ rwhp gains. Another question, I saw a link to comparison testing on CAIs and they were getting 15 to 25 rwhp gains without a tune. Does a tuner add a lot more horses, what does it do?
