Yep! Its the rear louvers.
I mean, louvers on a Stang? To me, those are so 25 years ago.
The 1/4 louvers look fine, but I think the rear window would look better without them.

Well let's see..........it has an aftermarket antenna, deep dish 18 in bullitt rims, rear window louvers, 1/4 window louvers, limo tint on the sides at least, GT300 stripe on the side, black tail lamp bezels, chrome exhaust tips, and the GT emblem from the S197 concept car. I don't care for the rear window louvers that are available so far. I think they would look slick, but these are just too bulky and they bump out too far. They need to be preened down a bit so they hug closer to the window glass.....otherwise they do something funky to the side profile of the back end on the car.
Otherwise, I think it's a tight looking car.

I was a little surprised to see louvers like that on a newer Stang. I rarely ever saw those on any car from the 90s and 2000s up until now. I remember seeing those on a 1980s Chevy Monza, Pontiac Firebird/Camaro, Ford Mustang, etc. They looked cool back then, but today it looks so outdated.

I would have to say there is nothing wrong with that car looks like someone had a little extra $ and some love for a good car.
I get alot of good comments from people on the street who enjoy seeing some of the old styles making a come back.
I like the louvers on the 2007 Saleen Parnelli Jones Mustang not a bad looking car.

I think a bra would really go well with those louvers. How about that blue-purple window tint from the 80's also? Maybe some wire "curb feelers" sticking out the wheel wells.
