I have a 2006 GT, with MAC Long tube headers, H-pipe and Mufflers, without a custom Diablo tune, and just got my MAC CAI. I am using the Diablo tuner with 93 Octane tune now, but I want to put the CAI in now! Will I be okay til I get my custom tune for the CAI? Thanks for any inputs.

As long as you are running the canned diablo tune, you should have no problem at all. I really would not recommend it with a stock tune. Ran a 93 Diablo with my CAI and exhaust for a few weeks before I had a custom dynotune done.

I had to get a custom tune with my Mac cai, I got a cel light showing to learn, I had to take it off and flash back to stock until I got a custom tune. If you have not bought the Diablo yet, I would get the Sct 2 with a custom tune from Bamachips it's awsome. If you have the Diablo, Brent at Dtp racing has a good custom tune for the Mac cai.
