Default Ford wheels and big brakes -- will they clear?

Would like to know if Ford Fanblade or Bullitt wheels, 18 X 8.5 +50 offset (not sure of backspacing), will allow a Stoptech front big brake kit, without using spacers. Is there a minimum width/offset/backspacing for an 18" wheel in order for it to clear 4 piston calipers? The Stoptech site says the main factor is the shape/width of the wheel spokes, curious if the Ford Racing wheels are designed with this in mind. Thanks for any info.
