I have a torch red mustang gt automatic and at first the tires did not want to skreetch but on ethe car warms up they don't stop skrreetching even with the traction control on. I don't really wish to drive the car without the tractiona control because I don't want to purchase new tires. I smoke my tires wuth the traction control on once the car has warmed up.

I can tell you the manual breaks loose with ease, but for the amount of torque these cars get they seem to get excellent traction. This, of course, is an excellent thing.
Not owning an automatic myself I can't say for certain, but Id guess that an intake/tune combo, one which changes the shift points on the automatic would probably do the trick, and some new gears are always an option. There are a lot of guys here who have gotten good results with new gears in their autos.

Ya I am one of them. I have an auto also and I only have the tuner no CAI along with some 4:10 gears from ford racing. I can spin through first and second but thats not a good thing now is it. I need some control arms!

Just did it the other day. My wife and I were crusing home, at a stop light this ol' bitty was giving my wife this off look?
My wife said,"What the eff is her problem?" I leaned forward, saw the lady giving the look...with out looking away I said, "Let's see what look she gives us now.' The light turned green and I mashed it to the floor. I burned 'em for a couple feet, got the screech, and waived as we rolled away.
Laughing my **** off. LOL... The wif thought it was funny. Then she asked, 'So, you like your new car?" HAHA! DUH!
