I know flowmaster isn't as good as Borla, but does anyone have a set of flowmaster 40 series delta flow, 2 chamber mufflers on their 05/06 gt? How well does it sound for being a flowmaster?

I think the american thunder series sounds good- its not to loud and give a nice sound at WOT- its all personal preference-

I would love to have Borla's, but there way too expensive for me. I'm just an elementary teacher trying to catch a thrill. Flowmasters were the best for the money I can afford to spend. I know they won't sound as good as other mufflers, but I'm hoping they will at least sound "tougher" than the stock system. I had flowmasters on my 4X4 and they sounded great and I never had problems with them. I never even heard of Borla's until I joined this forum.

Look into the Ford Racing Preformance Parts axle backs, same as the Borla and they are cheaper $$ wise.

I have the flows on my car and a pro chamber off road h pipe. I love em. Here is a clip of me driving away. I sucked it up big time on the drive off, dont laugh but judge for yourself.
