Attempted to install the SLP's on my 06 GT and NONE of the hangers will line up with the hanger brackets!! I wonder if they slightly changed the hanger bracket setup on the later 06's. I got the SLP's from Brenspeed and these are supposedly good from 05 to 07 according to the receipt. Looks like the hangers on the pipe and tips need to be welded in a totally different area. Anyone else with this problem? . I took some pictures but i have not been able to figure out how to resize so they will attach.

try swapping side for side... might be your problem. DON'T CUT THE HANGERS AND RE-WELD! i know when i got mine it didn't look like they would fit but they did. you will have to do some adjusting once their on before you tighten them all up to get everything even. also... make sure if you took the hanger brackets right off the car you have them back on the right way. i had mine wrong on the drivers side and it was all out of line. let us know how it goes...



almost forgot... the one with the longer hanger goes on the passanger side.

I've had to not put one of the nuts in the drivers side hanger mounts to get it to hang low enough, was kind of weird how it didn't line up very well. Wish they woulda just come in a solid piece. But as the previous post said, you probably have the tips on the wrong sides. Try swaping them.

Stupid me. I had the hanger brackets vertical instead of horizontal. I can't believe they bolt up either way. All set. LOVE EM!!! THANKS!!
