New personal best
Perfect day out today. Too bad it was super busy and I only got two runs in. Car #201 13.02 @ 107.35 with stock gears and tires with mods in my sig....So close to 12's it's pissing me off.

I never ran it with only the CAI and tuner, but did with the tuner, CAI, h pipe and Mac's and ran a best of 13.208. The UDP's shaved some more time off and I know I can hit 12's since my 60ft was a mediocre 2.04

Man, that's some impressive driving on your part. Only difference between your car and mine is that I have long tube headers and a Brenspeed 91 tune and you still have almost a full mph on me. What octane tune are you running? I may have to try one of those Bamachip tunes.

I had to let it sink in a bit before responding. GREAT R/T's and i am blown away with your 8.4's in the 1/8th. We have very closely matched cars. I have a good bit not mentioned in my sig. But I could not controll wheel spin. I looked like a mosquito truck leaving the line. How are you hooking with the streets like this? Some people have all the luck!

Try free speed tricks like dumping the spare tire, lower tire pressure, racing on a near empty tank.

FWIW, while at the track I always run the rear tires at 22-24psi's and pump the fronts up to 50psi's. I started at a 1/4 tank thinking I would get more runs in (needing more gas) so being that I only got the two in, my gas gauge wasn't exactly where I wanted it to be lol. All excellent points though....

Well hopefully once I get my 4.10s and JLT in with a SCT tune by Fred I should expect high 12s especially with a 93 tune I'll get to use when I go back home.
