Default RE: It's official, I have the....

was able to make 6 passes at bandimere last night after all my tuning issues i've noted here...still thru a CEL and added 3% more fuel on the MAF curve in the predator...

interesting results....
my stock times (which are in my sig):
60' 2.131
1/4 14.651@95.77mph

last night i left 15 psi in the tires (after 2 runs at 20psi and burning the tires constantly figured 20psi was still too much)

had 2 runs in the 15's...just because I suck...
and 2 runs in the 14.7's

anyway, my best run of the night was as such:
60' 2.284
1/4: 14.465 @ 96.89...

so it would appear that my car is faster once I get it off the line, it trapped a quicker time and faster speed but my 60' was .15 slower...

i was having traction issues all night-but my good 60' time of 2.131 was done on stock tires with stock pressure...so don't know what I was doing wrong here....and my fastest run was against a Ram Air WS6 Trans Am...think it was a '00 or '01....he trapped .1 seconds slower than me w/ a 14.5....needless to say that made my night.

You need to go to a sea level track or one near it so you can see what that car is really capable of!

Does anybody have the conversion for his height above sea level?

you know, he is right where I was, and where other 05-06 GTs are at Bristol TN. So I think his car and his driving are probably not far from what they are supposed to be.I would like to try a sea level track, but I have just satisfied myself with trying to get another tenth or so every time i make a change. It is sufficient satisfaction to me.
14.7 stock in Bristol TN, 13.3 now. Ill get to the 12's in Bristol, then I will really be impressed if I get to a sea level track!
