Default Tire Question

Wondering if 255/50/17 will be alright on the stock 06 GT 17 inch rims? Thanks in advance

I was wondering the same. In a previous post i was told that 245 was the widest for an 8 inch but possibly a 255 could be mounted safely. Not sure tho.

you could put a 295/50 on an 8" rim

minimum recommended for the 275/50 is 7.5
