Not sure what your problem was but I tried to place an order with them as well. Their web site stated to check availability before ordering. Since there are no phone numbers I emailed the question. Their reply was these parts are on a first come first served basis so I placed my order immediately and received confirmation. After several days I emailed question as to whether shipment had been made and requested tracking info. No reply. Sent several more emails. No reply...ever. Sent email canceling order...no reply. I certainly don't expect a charge on my card and will definetly contest it if I get one. Can't say I'd recommend them.

I ordered underdrive pulleys from them. I emailed them a week later to see what the hold up was. Soon after they emailed me to tell me that they did not accept discover cards, even though their site stated that it did. I sent them my mastercard number so that the order could be completed. It has since been a week and the product has yet to arrive. I sent numerous emails and called over and over, but got no reply. I recently found out that my discover card was charged even though they said they couldn't do so. No product has come and no contact has been made since I ordered. Only the answering machine. Basically they charged me and gave me no product in return. I was forced to call the credit card company and cancel the order. Take it for what you will.

I also found out that they charged me on the master card. I had to cancel that one too, and still havent seen the product!

My advice is to just stay away from them!

I would say, never order from a website when they don't have a phone number listed. Thanks for the heads up.
