Frankly, i wouldnt put a front plate on. I know, I know.... its illegal in most states, but ive only gotten warnings myself for no front plates - and only a few times also...

In that case youre probably better to run a front plate... [X(]
I would think you could get a factory bracket from Ford....

There's a couple of options. 1) Drill holes. NOT. 2) Strap it to the bumper (see pick below), 3) http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2005-...ayphotohosting

And I'm sure there are others. I drilled four holes and used ziped ties to tie it to the center bar in the lower fascia. Worked until I got the chin spoiler...No it's on my dash.

i havent put mine on yet. if i get pulled over my saleman said to tell them the bracket is on backorder from ford. this will buy you some time. as for install if you have to, look real close on your bumper you will see 2 very tiny dimples. that where you attatch the bracket.

That is where you put the screws in. I put pieces of felt like you put on the bottom of chairs on the license plate to keep from scratching the bumper.

Mine showed up with the holes drilled in the bumper, even though I told the salesman to not have that done.. original salesman left before car was delivered and I forgot to remind them.... $200 later, I had the holes filled...

I made a bracket using two pieces of aluminum strap, .125 thick X .750 wide. Bent to match bottom profile of bumper and attached to existing hardware. Added support by using velcro (did I say VELCRO??) on each support, located under the bumper, out of sight. Easy to take off.... Mounts the plate low and at an angle. Looks pretty good.

I want to see what the FRPP license plate frame looks like. There's no pic posted on the site. And why would it be $129.00?
