flo-pro mufflers
Has anyone out there tried the flo-pro mufflers for there gt's yet? My local garage said they could get me a set for a decent price, I was just wondering how they sound compared to stock.

RE: flo-pro mufflers
Their website has sound clips for other vehicles (non for the 05-06 mustangs).

I had one of the Flo-Pro oval mufflers on a '96 Chevy truck and the performance was awesome. The sound wasn't quite loud enough for me so I pulled it off and replaced it with a Dynomax race magnum. It now has the sound I wanted but the performance was better with the Flo-Pro.

Ya, I found that website before, they sound kinda nice on the 98 cobra. I have flo pro on my grand national and they are pretty loud at start up, but get quite at higher rpm's. Just wondering if anyone has tried these on there new mustangs. I imagine they will sound nicer then the factory exhaust. I guess they make a kit that just bolts right into the factory place, all stainless. Thanks.

I just got the flo-pro's installed today, and I thought I would let you all know that they sound really good. Nice low rumble at start up and cruisin and seem to quite out under excelleration, but still louder then stock. They also have a 4" o.d. tip, all stainless, looks really sharp and are a decent price.
