SS & Stoon,
I know what you guys mean. I live a little north of y'all almost to Baton Rouge. This heat/humidity makes a world of difference in my car too. Can't wait for some cooler weather, for the car and for me. Storm didn't hurt much here, few trees down, shingles missing, and blew a door off of my shop. Nothing like NO and Slidell area got.
What about a water/alky shot into the air? Or would you need forced induction to offset the drawback of the water?
BTW my AC works fine. Takes a little to cool the car down after sitting in the sun all day but it takes care of it pretty quickly.

Thanks for the reply on the AC response. Good to know. I also had some damage but not as bad as some. Had a 60 foot Water Oak go through the side of my house. We are still in the middle of repairs and this has been since September that they started. It took me less time to build my house.
