Default Rebuilding with Forged internals

OK, I have decided to rebuild the bottom end with forged internals. I am taking suggestions on where to get the forged rods, pistons, crank, lightened flywheel.Im going to talk to the builder about it in two weeks, but I would love to hear some input from some of you who have already done it. Are there any noticeable increases with different cams, since I have it out and apart? At this point, I am just planning on re-doing the internals but Im open to suggestions. Who makes the best for the money?
