where is the starter on the 2005-2006 mustang GT?

It is on the passenger side rear of the engine block right below the exhaust manifold, or in your case header. It slips into the trans bellhousing about half way up on the side and then bolts to the front side of the bellhousing. You would have to get under the car to see it good.
