Just ordered the C&L and SCTII combo from Brenspeed, so I will hope for the best and let you know. A meaner growl and less drone would be perfect.

How long does Brenspeed usually take to ship that stuff out? I would love to have this on by 4th of July weekend...

Also, I have heard various things about the 89/91 octane tunes that come with the tuner, but then I have heard people talk about giving him your mods and Brent will make a custom tune for you. Does this cost extra?

I love that sucking sound the CAI makes when you hit it hard....... Who needs the radio when you have that and an exhaust?

I added the BBK CAI a couple of weeks ago. The sound now when I punch
is absolutely addictive. Now just to make sure I wasn't just hearing what I
wanted to hear, I took my wife out for a test ride. Punched it coming up the
entrance ramp and a couple of times on the interstate. She kept telling me
"do it again! do it again!". She said though she didn't mention it before, she
was disappointed with the new new stang's sound under acceleration
before I added the CAI. Honestly, so was I. Really am enjoying the
sound now (and the now press you into the seat acceleration of course ).

With the MAC's installed I can hardly hear my CAI at WOT but if I listen carefully I can hear it. Sounds like my last Mustang did with a doublepumper on it.

I love making people look when I give it gas. They don't hear me so much when I cruise, but when I step on the gas they're heads spin around lol.

I didnt get an intake on my stang yet; but my last car (3000gt) it diddnt change the exhuast but made my engine 10x lounder in a good way.

Is the suck sound supposed to be there? I get a suck sound too, it's realy short and quick when I stomp it. What is that???

lol are u talking about like when u rev it, before the revs go up theres a split second sucking sound? its the throttle opening and air sucking in. yes, its supposed to be there
