Default 3.73 gears and Bearing kit?

i am about to buy Ford Racing 3.73 gears from mustangtuning.com for 179.99. the Motive Bearing Kit (8.8") is 74.99, is it worth me extra money? or should i get the Motive Installation Kit (8.8") for 35.99. which does not include bearing.

I would think a lot would have to do with how many miles you have..

I put 4.10's in my standard shift and was told I needed to buy just one bearing (the innermost one) since I had such low mileage. This bearing is essentially destroyed in the process of taking the old pinion gear out. I went straight to a Ford dealer for the part and they recommended I buy a new race to go with it. It cost me about $41 dollars for both. Not sure who you're having do the install but you'll also need 3 quarts of 75 W 140 gear oil as well. The third quart will barely be needed especially if you put the special Ford lubricant in that Ford recommends. I didn't use it since Royal Purple claims no other additives are needed with their product.
