Well considering that you asked about all 2005 to 2005's... that leaves alot of variation. Heh anyways, I think the average time for our stock GT's is like 14.5, no idea on the fastest.. thats probably arguable.

The fastest times recorded by the media that I'm aware of were 0-60 in 4.9 sec and 1/4 in 13.5 sec. by R&T with a manual 05 that had a few thousand miles on it.

14.5??? Is that for the V6? Average for automatics would be in the 13.5 - 13.7 range with a "decent" driver. Average for manuals could be all over the place because you need someone who could "actually" drive a vehicle. However, 13.5 or so with a manual is not a problem IF you have a driver...

A few Magazines claim a 13.5, I've never seen one go that fast pure stock. I've seen some into the 13.8's and feel that's a fair assumption for the '05 and '06. The only 14.5's I've seen were way above sea level and also people near sea level that launched badly.

last fall at MIR(maryland int'l raceway's fall ford race) someone from the board was there and ran 13.20's with a bone stock GT. i don't remember who it was but maybe he'll chime in. i ran 13.30 there but had some stuff. oh his was a 5speed manual.

O, ok well I was at the track saturday and some dude with a K&N cai and otherwise stock GT was running consistent low 14's.. so Idk whether he just sucked at driving or what.. it was a manual also.

i wouldn't say he sucked, but this guy i'm talking about was powershifting and the air and track conditions were absolutely perfect. he was able to launch at 5000rpm+ at 23psi on the stock pirellis with no wheel spin. the track is 5ft. above sea level and it was 50F thats where it all came from. if not he'd be running mid- high 13's that day.

Launch at 5000rpm with stock pirellis? If I did that I would be sitting in one spot building a christmas tree....was the track ultra sticky?
