4.10's installed...
 

and I'm a little frustrated. Trying to get traction, the car looks like a baby dear on ice. In 1st and 2nd I hit 6k before it come close to bitting. Hitting 3rd bogs the cars because I have no speed. I thought the KDW's would be much better than this. I'm going for LCA's and considering relocation brackets to improve angle.

Anyone with Tokico's have recommendation on adjustments?

This is what I am worried about, my Saleen will have 475hp at the crank and I was debating whether to get 4.10's. I was worried that on hard take offs I would have no traction.

Let me get this straight: You have a lowered car, a supercharger, 4.10s, stock control arms, and you're not getting traction? Pardon my sarcasm, but big suprise!

You're putting some serious torque to those tires, it's no suprise you're spinning.

Here is my suggestion:

1) get rid of the stock lower control arms. Get some tubular ones from BMR or Spohn. Get the adjustable type so you can properly set your pinion angle since your car has been lowered.

2) I would strongly consider getting BMRs lower control arm relocation brackets. You need to make sure the angle on your LCAs is correct so that the rear axle is properly loaded when you launch. Since you are pushing a lot of HP I would have them welded in place; I don't trust the bolt-on installation for your kind of power.

3) Consider beefing up other parts of your rear suspension, such as the rear sway bar, panhard bar, upper control arm, upper CA mount, and panhard bar brace.

im NA and i never got traction until 3rd gear (>60mph) with gears and KDWs...they were a LOT better than the stockers though lol. i actually hardly get traction with 4.30s and drag radials...again, without your boost

Who would have guessed. I shouldn't comment because I have no blower but all the threads I have read about "What gears to buy" mention 4.10's to be quite the handful with lots of power.
I'm just wishing I had that problem with too much power to connect..

With 470 RWHP and 4.10's, I am not so sure traction is in the cards without slicks.

I have found that cars with alot of HP usually go faster with higher gearing such as 3.55's. It quells the wheelspin and makes it easier to get the HP to the ground with street tires. Hence, most of the time, the car runs much better times nd the wheelspin hurts more than the gearing helps.

I hear all the time people having a hard time getting traction with 4.10's and a blower. Not saying I have a little issues but with a little pratice I have no problem with my 4.10's and my blower. I run Pirelli P-Zero Rosso on 20's with 275/40/20 on the back and 275/35/20 on the front

Try turning the adjustment all the way tight then back off 6 turns. This will give you the softest setting and allow the car to react better. Be careful not to back it off more than 7 turns or you could screw up the strut by losing the adjustment capability.
