It will make your stock shifter feel exactly like the Hurst. I would also suggest upgrading your bushings.
Now, having said that, I don't quite know if I would describe it as OMG amazing, but yea, it is well worth the money.

I have ask - what exactly are you using it for? Maybe I don't really want to know...

Seriously though, how does it compare specifically to stock (or triax or pro 5.0)?

- 3rd - anyone seen my gear?
- overall clunk?
- looks?

so it uses the stock shifter, and seems more like an adapter then anything else, same bushings and everything.... but only 40 bucks so i guess thats not bad, How about reliability, since its still on the stock everything else and just seems to change an angle, does it do any harm to anything in the trans synchros or ne thin. Im assuming no but i thought id ask anyways

I had the Pro 50 shifter in and to me it's junk so I ended up putting steeda upgrade bushings and the stock shifter back in. I know that the Saleens come with this stock so how bad could it be if it's factory equipped?

It won't help your 2nd to 3rd shift any. All it does is shorten the throw. As for clunk, your shifts will be a little bit notchy, but nothing like the feel of a Tri-Ax or a Pro 5.0. As for looks, it is burried under the car. There is nothing to look at.
