Default Where to get 4.10's in Phoenix

Just looking for suggestions. AMP says $589 & SVC says $610 & this does not include the $200 for recalibrating my Speedo (Kenne Bell canned -LOCKED- tune)

If anyone has suggestions how I can do this for under $800 let me know PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!

Mac...did you try Lopers on I believe Alama School Road and the US 60 in Mesa? They have a lot of performance parts in stock...not sure the price. BTW...who installed and dino tuned the Kenne Bell for you?

From what I've seen around $500 is what most places will go for parts and install....but $200 to recal the speedo??? Don't you have some sort of programmer for the KB? That might just be able to do it, if not maybe look into getting a tuner for $400 that should still work with the KB, might have to get the thing re-tuned though....

I'm a little confused what the probelm is. Any ford dealer should be able to get 4.10's in stock or within a day for far less.

The problem is the install, I can find the parts all over the place, but finding someone who will do the install for cheap is difficult.

Have not tried Lopers... Will check them out tomorrow as there is one down town near where I work.

SVC (scottsdale airpark) did the KB install for me & did a beautiful job too!

Was just hoping someone has heard of a different way to calibrate the speedo. For the older mustangs you could get an electronic calibrater for $99

Do you have any dyno tuners in your area? They usually know who's good and may be able to recommend someone for the install. That's how I found the mechanic that did mine for only $150 labor. They usually sell tuners and should be able to give you a custom tune and recalibrate your gear setting for you or show you how to when you need to make the change.

My point was to buy the gears yourself anyway (why pay any markup) and take them to a shop for install - that should easily get you under your $$$ goal.
