No info button. I don't have a battery or oil pressure guage either. I think maybe you need the Shaker 500 or 1000. I have the basic 160 Watt stereo.

well, ok, then either:

a. you sit in traffic a LOT?
b. you goofed on the math?
c. that does indeed seem a bit low...

Not too much traffic. Did the math on three tanks of gas. Been getting less than 200 miles between refuels.

1. Fill up tank

2. reset trip meter

3. Drive until you need gas, i usually get with 1/4 tank left.

4. Write down gallons to fill up again, write down mileage on trip meter. For example I got 11.33 gallons last fill up.

5 Divide mileage by gallons used and you'll have your mpg.

There are a few threads on this (not that you find them - 'cause the search engine defaults suck - change to "combine topics and replies"), but all I can say from what I have seen on this topic and from my car is that this seems low...

In the life of my as yet unreset average, I have done driving ranging from twisting through the white mountains (great roads - highly reccomended), to my 2X daily putter to from the girls school & work (which includes about 20-30 minutes of gridlock in the morning)...

I run through the gears shifting at ~4.5K at least once every other time I am out and enjoy each and every on ramp as if it were my first...

All of that and I am showing 18.5 which matches pretty well with the paper calculation...

You could try driving like grandma for a tank and if it still like that, go bug the dealer... (heck, bug the dealer now)

you need the interior upgrade package that will give you the info display with the my color lighting also. I drive mine daily and run 93 oct with a tune and 4:10 gears and the top down and still get 20mpg or better. Finally took a trip with it and ran a tank a gas threw it at 75 mph (2600rpm) with the top down to chicago and back to green bay and got 23 mpg. No reason yours shouldn't do better than that, by the way i was surprised and very happy it did that good!

Had mine for about 2 weeks now, with ~1800 miles clocked so far and I'm averaging 24 according to the computer.
The vast majority of those miles are highway (100 mile roundtrip commute FTL) where I'm seeing 27-28 at 70mph.
I've 'got down' on her a few times, but only once taking the tach to 5500 in 3rd (yeehaa does that thing really say 95mph?!).

For every tank I drive, I probably drive it hard about half the time and take it easy the rest. But even with a little hard driving, 13.5 mpg sucks.
Driving hard 50% of the time is not "a little hard driving". It's a lot of hard driving, which will cause your mpg to suffer. See if your gas mileage improves by not driving hard at all on a tankful or 2.
If not, then have the dealer check things out. Your tune may be running very rich.
