Default Light-weight wheels

What aftermarket brands make really light-weight wheels?
Another question: I love that skinny high perfomance tire look, but it's not within my budget. This is going to sound stupid, but are there any wheels out there that make your tires not look so big?

The only REAL lightweight wheels that I know of are some of the drag race wheels, like Bogart or Weld, and the proper road racing wheels like Fikse, which are OEM on the FR500C.

A typical aftermarket wheel in the 18" range is about 30 lbs on our cars. The aforementioned wheels are HALF that. That is seriously lightweight. I don't know what the Welds or Bogarts cost (I'm guessing $500 each for the rears and a bit less for the fronts), but the Fikses are about $900 and up EACH.

If you ask around at various wheel dealers you might find some designs that happen to be a bit lighter than "standard" without a premium price tag.
