Default Embarrassing, I need some help taking out...

a piece of paper (ticket stub) thats about 2"x4" from under the front dash board. I suppose the best way to explain it is...I got the ticket stub from a parking lot and my friend decided to toss it on the front dash (right under the windshield) and it ended up going inside (it's on the driver's side if that helps, above the stearing wheel), any idea how I can get that sucker out, its driving me nuts, please help, dont know where else to turn. I dont wanna take off the entire console just b/c of that lol. has to be another simpler way, thanks guys.

Not sure how much room you have, but try wrapping a piece of tape (sticky side out) around a coat hanger or other thin, long device.

Fabricate your own attachment for your vacume. Attach anything you can think of that will fit the space, small plastic hose 1/8 - 1/4 inch to your vacume hose. Duct tape works well. Good luck

An air hose or can of air used for cleaning key bords etc. might work.

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. If you can still see the ticket, you can try moving it towards the middle where you can fit your fingers. I used a plastic tie wrap to move the card around. Here is the thread I started asking the same thing.
