Seat tilt knob

Seat tilt ****
hey guys, I'm not sure if that's what is called but it's the little plastic **** on the back of the seat that you lift to tilt the seat forward.
I had a dum'*** dude break my passanger side seat. Is there a place I can get this online? maybe aluminum/metal instead of the sama plastic one? I've been looking at most of the mustang sites and couldn't find it under the accessories section.
thanks for the help!

RE: Seat tilt ****
LOL, I did the same thing to my passenger side lever. I was putting a large box in the back seat and must have hit it. The next thing I knew, when I went to put the seat foward more it came off in my hand. I think they are a poor design in terms of longevity but probably a good design for safety. In an accident it is designed to break away which mine easily did. I doubt if this is an item any aftermarket people have their eyes on as a big source of revenue. Is something like this covered under a bumper to bumper type warranty? I don't want to replace mine with the same cheapo piece either. There's a suggestion for new products located in the center of this web page right under "UPR Catalog Download." http://www.uprproducts.com/dynamic_index.asp
I'm going to suggest they make this part. If others indicate they'd like to replace it with a billet piece then there might be a chance they'll consider making it since they do many other interior parts for Mustangs. It's a pain not having this part but I can't see replacing it with another one that will just break also.
