well im pretty sure that if the shaker craps out it wont be b/c of a s/c sitting on top of my motor

Right, and as long as the part that breaks has nothing to do with your after market mods, they are required under law to replace it free of charge under your warranty.

A supercharger (This includes the FRPP Whipple...) will void your complete powertrain warranty including transmission and rear end... Everything else will continue to be covered...
