Default Predator Tuner trouble

I have made a deal with one of my fellow club members on my Predator tuner, He has the '05 GT with a MMR intake as his only mod, the Diablo site shows that the stock tunes should work but it is throwing codes for being lean or puttin car in failsafe mode, any thoughts on what to do

I was told you couldn't just sell the tuner to someone else and that you had to buy new tunes for the new owner.
Could that be the case here?

Once a car is tuned, the tuner is married to that vehicle and the only way that you can tune another vehicle is to load back the stock tune to the original vehicle and then you can tune the other.
So, to sell the tuner, it cannot be tuned by a new owner unless the original vehicle was set back to stock otherwise it won't work.

Have you tried downloading the latest revisions from the Diablo website to the tuner? I know that there is a recent release.

Totally off subject, but is your sig pic supposed to be stretched like that?

Is that the look you wanted? It makes your car look very strange.

All it needs is whiskers. It looks like a catfish.

To further the thread hijacking...

+1. Your car really does look odd in that sig pic.

I know when I bought my SCT2 I had to give the tuner my code which was on the top of the computer (I think) in the engine compartment. This may have something to do with the problems you are having. Maybe it needs to be programed to your specific car.
