Just wanted to see what tuners people are running, what problems they have had or heard of etc....intially I thought Diablo was the way to go but now I am swinging toward the SCT.

From everything I've seen more tuners use SCT. Only tuner I can think of that might use Diablo is S.T. Motorsports. So far I've had no issues using SCT

I have the SCT XCAL2. The main reason for choosing this was that it seemd to be the most popular here and therefore it would be easier get my questions answered here.

I have the Diablo with my C&L kit. I bought it before I found out about the main difference that I would likely want an SCT now and that's the automatic mod capabilities with the SCT. So that being said I'm running the Diablo and it's a nice unit and has provided a very nice kick in the pants for my car. I could likely run this combo and never worry about it but I would like to have a hotter tune for my tranny at the track so I'll likely upgrade to the SCT this fall/winter.

I have a 2006 GT (stick shift), with the Diablo Tuner. I am running a full Mac system, with Long tubes, and a MAC CAI, on a 93 Octane tune. The car is great, the tuner was easy to use, I had a dealer create a tune, and it works well for me! I have heard good and bad about both, and both can do pretty much the same thing, from what I have seen, good luck!
